Shipping Policy

 

‘Malie ships from our location in Delhi, India. 

We ship our products both domestically and internationally. 

Payments: 

We currently accept International and Domestic credit and debit cards via the payment Gateway Razorpay and Paypal. If you wish to make your payment as a bank transfer, please send us an email on: hello@malieofficial.com

Shipping Destinations: 

We currently ship to following countries: India, Australia, Canada, Schengen/EU, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, United States and United Arab Emirates.

We ship with our selected shipping partners Domestically and with DHL Internationally. 

Estimated Delivery Time: 

For Domestic shipping within India we aim for your order to reach you within 2-14 working days. 

International Shipping:

For international orders, we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, but please allow a bit of patience as delivery time varies due to delivery address and custom clearance might pose a further delay.

Additional taxes and custom duties may apply depending on your country's specific import laws.

 ‘Malie does not bear the cost of custom duties and import tax on international shipments and it is the customer who has placed the order that has to pay the custom duties and import taxes pertaining to their shipment and country.

‘Malie will not accept any returns from the customer or claims on non-payment of custom duties and import tax by the customer. If the shipment is returned by the shipping partner due to non-payment of duties and taxes by the customer, the same amount will be billed to the customer for payment.

Please do note ‘Malie does not take any responsibility if the shipment gets held at customs or at any other point in the destination country.
