Domestic Exchange Policy (For India only):
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange it for the same value of the purchased price (this could be a different size, a different style or ‘Malie store credit).
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request an exchange for the same value of the purchased price. To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with their original tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note that we do not have a return policy, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty when it is received.
Any discounted items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
How To Return (For India Only):
To start an exchange, please contact us at email@example.com with the email used to make the purchase and your order number. If the exchange is accepted, we will give you the destination address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange cannot be accepted. Once we have received the exchange item(s), we will dispatch the new size or style and ship it to you.

‘Malie reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise which do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
International Refunds and Exchanges:
At this time we are not able to offer international customers refunds or exchanges.
Damages and Issues:
If you receive a damaged or faulty item please notify us within 12 hours of receiving your purchase. Please send images of the damages and all information to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject of the email.
Customs and Duty:
Customs and duties are calculated into the international price and shipping, there will be no extra charge when receiving your order from 'Malie. If you feel uncertain about the process, please contact us or your local customs office if you require more information.
If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for import taxes or customs duties due payable, ‘Malie will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by ‘Malie. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery no exchange or refund will be applicable on the goods.
